Reminders
- File your May activity report and expense voucher form.
- Conduct your monthly meeting with Councils and Non-Council Units.
- Remind Units and Councils of June membership incentive Unit awards -- June Year-End -- Join Ohio PTA's H.U.B. (Help, Understanding, and Best Practices) on Facebook for a June membership recruiting tip.
- Make sure units and councils enter next year's officers into Givebacks as soon as they are elected so they do not miss out on key information and communications over the summer.
- Units and councils should also be reporting their annual service hours. The form still reads 2022-23. Who is the caretaker of this doc? Can we get it updated?
- Units and councils should be planning now for their summer transition and setting up for a strong start to next school year. Make sure you give them a copy of our handy Board Transition Checklist!
- You should have a venue and date set for your fall region conference. Please let me know ASAP when and where you will be holding your training so we can add it to the calendar.
- Who have you added to your Region Service Team this year? Who have you asked to join an Ohio PTA committee? What were the results? What were the objections? This reminder has been in every Field Service Notes email this year. Who have we recruited to work with Ohio PTA this year?
- The annual report for your region was due to the Vice President of Field Service by May 31. I have not received any yet. Please submit them ASAP.
- We need to have a June Field Service Committee meeting. Please fill out the form here to help pick a date.
