Ed Week: ESSA May Offer Megaphone for Parent, Community Voices. The article highlights National PTA and family engagement provisions in ESSA. National PTA is a supporter of the Testing Bill of Rights. We are asking that people sign the Testing Bill of Rights. The campaign has a goal of 10,000 signatures within a month.
