Water and Ice Locations


While FirstEnergy continues working 24/7 to restore service to customers impacted by the August 6 storm, free water and ice are available to customers without power at locations across our service area. Customers do not need to show their bill or any other documentation to obtain their free water and ice.

Community Centers

Open 6 a.m. until 6 p.m. during the power restoration effort.
