Illuminating Company Water & Ice Locations
While FirstEnergy continues working 24/7 to restore service to customers impacted by the August 6 storm, free water and ice are available to customers without power at locations across our service area.
Customers may visit these locations to pick up free water and ice daily during the power restoration effort, which is expected to continue through August 14. Customers do not need to show their bill or any other documentation to obtain their free water and ice.
