I wanted to share with you all few federal policy updates below. Please share these updates and information to other state leaders and on your state’s social media platforms. As you are able, please also disseminate through your networks.
- National PTA sent the following letters to Hill last week on equitable services, private school vouchers and child nutrition program waivers.
- The Senate Committee on Health, Education, Labor and Pension (HELP) will be holding a hearing on Wednesday, June 10 at 10:00am on “COVID-19: Going Back to School Safely.” You can watch the hearing here.
- If you were not able to attend the CDC Foundation’s, “Evolving Your COVID-19 Strategy: For K-12 Education Leaders” you can view the recording here and view additional resources.
