Our New Website

As many of you know, we have been working to update the Ohio PTA website (NEW WEBSITE) over the summer and those updates are now active. While the site updates are still in progress, one thing you will note is that most of our Ohio PTA resources are password protected.

These resources were previously password protected on the old site, however, if you did not have the log in information that went out in the summer packet to presidents, there is a good chance you did not know these resources were there. Now all of our menus have dropdowns to both better help you navigate the website, but also see that the password-protected resources exist, but only can be accessed with a password.

THE PASSWORD WAS EMAILED TO ALL CURRENT PRESIDENTS ON FILE FOR THE 20-21 SCHOOL YEAR. CONTACT BRANDY IF YOU DID NOT RECEIVE AN EMAIL. BRANDY@OHIOPTA.ORG

We here at Ohio PTA are also trying to be more environmental and store as many resources electronically. This means that we are not sending out a summer packet as all the resources are readily accessible on the website.

Member cards are also electronic this year through MemberHub, upon becoming a member and having your information put in MemberHub, an electronic card is automatically generated with all your unit information. Please continue to update and or add officers into MemberHub as well, this is our primary method of communication from the office and a part of our standards of affiliation.
Don't forget to sign up for this summer's virtual Leadership Conference. A must-attend for all incoming officers and other PTA members, too.

Please remember to check your spam folders and add both office@ohiopta.org and brandy@ohiopta.org to your email contacts. General office communications often come from one of these two emails. Several emails have already been received from individuals who are on our email list correctly thinking they did not receive this communication, so please consider this just a friendly reminder. Thanks! "
