Caring for Veterans and Their Caregivers Resource Fair

Our veterans have served our country with pride, and AARP Ohio is proud to host our first Caring for Veterans and Their Caregivers information and resource fair with the Cleveland VA. We want to ensure that veterans and their caregivers have access to resources that help them live a healthy life.

AARP Ohio and the VA are hosting a free information and resource fair for veterans of any age, their family members, and caregivers.

From 9:00 AM - 1:00 PM, the resource fair will include representatives from several departments within the VA, caregiving resources from AARP Ohio, and community support organizations. Walgreens will be on hand to provide free flu shots for all attendees.

At 10:00 AM and 12:00 noon, VA's National Program Manager for Purchased Care, Christopher Esmurdoc, LISW-S will present information. He will be joined by Major General Tony Taguba, US Army, Retired. Their presentation will focus on caring for veterans and their caregivers and will answer questions.
