Membership List helps you track current and
previous members to check statistics on your renewal rate and keep tabs on other
metrics such as how quickly Kindergarten families join

Helps you to have checks and balances as to what
amount you are paying to Ohio PTA for Ohio and National Dues; your check amount
should coincide with the number of member names you are sending in on the list
each time; DO THIS EACH TIME DUES ARE SENT

Down the road, National will probably have a
database set up where Ohio PTA can upload your list and your members can be
tracked Nationally; FOR NOW, please have any members new to your unit or PTA go
to www.pta.org and create a profile-this is
how National PTA shows the power in our one voice when they advocate and apply
for grant funding

Try color-coding your list so that you can
easily track who is paying to renew versus who is a new member
